What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items should be unused or only lightly used
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at contact@vilaxia.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
I can’t find my return label, what should I do?
No problem, we’re happy to help.
Return labels are not automatically included. In most cases, customers arrange the return shipment themselves.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a return label at no cost to you. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received, we will process your refund promptly.
After processing, it may take a few business days for your payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
What if I received the wrong product?
